We do not offer any cash refunds of any type if there is a genuine issue with the products we will replace the item free of charge. You need to submit a claim with clear photographs of the issue within 12 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will notify you of the decision.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
